Product Description

AKD Surface Size is used to provide water resistance, excellent printability, and strength to paper. It is used by applying it on the surface of paper, cardboard, corrugated sheet, and linerboard. This agent consists of carboxyl groups and cations that are added at the wet-end. It manages electrostatic interactions among sizes, anionic trashes, & fillers in pulp suspension. AKD Surface Size also solves the problem of paper yellowing & brittleness caused by acidic sizing method.
