Product Description

Chelating Agent is used to reduced or stop the uncontrolled decomposition of hydrogen peroxide that can result in loss of bleaching effectiveness. Most of the agents contain carboxyl & amino groups that can bind & neutralize the effect of various metal ions. Ethylene Diaminetetraacetic acid & diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid are most commonly used agents. Chelating Agent can effectively eliminate calcium, magnesium, and other polyvalent metallic ions that negatively influences in the paper manufacturing process. It can also enhance the dispersibility of sodium silicate.
